There are two versions of this script available to download. fblite001 (far below) is for people who do not have a host with "CGI.pm" installed. fblite002 (just below) presumes you do have a host with this module installed. Most paid hosts should have this module available. Check your host FAQ or HELP areas.
This version presumes you have a host with the "CGI.pm" module installed. This script will take the entered information from a FORM and sends it to your inbox. There is 1 optional part that will create a autoresponse email to the vistor's entered email address.
This script does NOT check for valid entries for the form values. This script does NOT create the actual FORM area seen on your web page. You create your own by following some form tutorials. The part of the FORM that involves this script is the ACTION value. A sample form is included in the downlaod file.
